Shipping

We ship via UPS Monday through Thursday overnight in very special eco-friendly insulated containers with specially designed gel packs & dry Ice to ensure your food stays fresh…we sincerely hope you enjoy the experience and tell all of your friends and neighbors. Deliveries

Order Shipping Time

Orders placed after 12am EST - Sunday thru Thursday will be shipped out the next available shipping day unless a future delivery date was selected.

It is very important that all goods are put away in either the refrigerator or freezer at time of arrival to protect the integrity of the products

Orders Shipping Insurance

Orders are fully insured against damage in shipping. If you receive any damaged shipment, please call us for a full refund.

Delivery Assurance: Your order will arrive on the confirmed delivery date. In the event of a delayed shipment due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, your order will be reshipped.

All claims must be called in within 3 hours of delivery.  

Return

We have a 48-hour, refund policy which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a refund.  We will ask you if you received your goods within 3 hrs of delivery and refrigerated or froze your items promptly - it is important to collect your goods from Fed-Ex or UPS and repack from the journey.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging. You will also need to send us a photo of all unused products by email within the 48-hour time frame.

To Start a refund, you can contact us at Pwfoodsales@gmail.com. If your refund is accepted, we will send you one of the following: Reward Points for the value of your purchase, A reshipment of goods, store credit, or a refund If the situation warrants. IF YOU DISCARD THE PRODUCT BEFORE PICTURES ARE SENT REFUNDS AND STORE CREDITS WILL NOT BE HONORED.

If your package is delayed because of unforeseen delays and UPS is not able to make your delivery early in the day but it arrives late but next day – this will not be eligible for a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Sorry at this time perishable food items are not allowed to be exchanged due to health codes.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
